Fairtrade - Global Leadership Development Program

An Unleash program to help the CEO’s of Fairtrade International to overcome cultural differences, gain mutual trust and co-create solutions for tough problems in a fast changing world. In their Global Meetings we facilitated a Culture Game, a Global Challenge and World Cafe’s to move beyond content, from discussion to generative dialogue.

Instead of holding on to their vested interests, strong beliefs and world views, we invited CEO’s to understand each others views and find common ground to make the necessary changes in their strategies and initiatives. Between the Global meetings we coached all 25 CEO’s with the TMA method, to develop and lead from their talents and make courageous interventions during the meetings and their work.
