In the Summer of 2019, Unleash was asked to help transform the culture of SRA - a midsize network organization for accounting firms in the Netherlands - from a hierarchical organization to a more self organizing culture. Together with SRA’s MT, Unleash co-designed a process where managers and employees are invited and inspired to work in a different way and move towards coaching leadership. The most important stept in the process:
Strategy Game, Leadership Workshop, Inspiration Visit, Team Dialogues for teams to express their needs and give feedback, Executive 1-on-1 coaching, WorldCafe with the whole organization etc. The aim is to build a process where teams can adopt new methods and habits and inspire each other to improve as an organization.
